One-time cleanup
Quick Information Cleanup
$95
Have one small information mess that doesn’t need a full cleanup project? Send it over. I’ll clean obvious inconsistencies, standardize formatting and naming, remove or flag obvious duplicates, and identify anything that needs your review.
- Choose one:
- Spreadsheet or CSV — up to 150 rows
- Content inventory — up to 150 records
- Digital file collection — up to 25 files
- One primary file or collection. No research, data enrichment, custom taxonomy work, major restructuring, or system access.
You receive: the cleaned file or collection plus a short summary of what was changed.
One-time cleanup
Data QA Pass

- – Duplicates
- – Inconsistent formatting
- – Mixed dates, labels, or categories
- – Unexpected blanks
- – Unusual values
- – Structural inconsistencies
You’ll receive the reviewed file plus a clear list of anything that may need attention.
